RETURN OF GOODS TO STORE / FROM HOME
If the item does not fit, you can return it to our store located at Mytnaya Street, 7, office 592, Moscow.
On your request, the item can be taken from the address you have specified.
Our courier will take the product within 2-3 working days (when possible and as agreed with you).
Please note that you can return the high quality items in case their market appearance, labels, stickers, consumer properties, as well as documents confirming the fact and conditions of such products purchase were kept for record.
You cannot return the items that were in use.
La Neige Collection reserves the right to refuse the return of the items when the returned items or the message of their return are sent upon expiration of the specified period or when the products are not in the same condition as they were received by the buyer.
Upon approval of refund, you will get your money back using the same method as you used during the purchase.
Upon approval of the item return (in perfect condition with the internal labels), you will receive an e-mail confirming that you will be repaid to your account in several days.
Remember that time of payment receipt to your card depends on your bank.
