You have 14 days from the date of the product delivery for exchange.

There are two ways of the item exchange for another one.

In our store:
You can exchange your purchased item. You will be refunded by La Neige Collection, and then you will be able to make a new purchase at the store.

From home: 
You can document the return and make a new purchase in the online store or come for fitting to our show room located at Mytnaya Street, 7, office 592, Moscow at the pre-agreed time.
